The one day Treasury Counterparty Risk workshop covers Pre-Settlement Risk and Potential Future Exposure as well as links Value at Risk with Stop Loss limit framework and is targeted at Risk, Treasury and FI professionals in the Middle East and the region.
The demands on the treasury risk management function have increased significantly over the last few years. From FI limits to the integration of Value at Risk and Stop loss limits, from derivative contracts to monitoring counter party exposures, a significant amount of work has been put into developing and implementing models in this area.
The Alchemy Treasury Counterparty Risk workshop does a comprehensive review of developments and tools related to Treasury Risk Management, giving participants a chance to digest and implement these themes. At the end of this workshop participants will be able to:
- Understand the basics behind the calculation of Potential Future Exposre (PFE) and
Pre-settlement Risk(PSR)
- Integrate Value at Risk with Stop Loss
framework within your limit management framework and integrate them with stop loss limits
- Learn to use the same models for your internal limit management framework according to institutional risk
