ALCHEMY INVITED AS JUDGE AT APICTA 2006

Macau, China - Jawwad Farid, Chief Executive of Alchemy Associates, represented Pakistan and PASHA’s Central Executive Committee (CEC) at the APICTA Awards 2006 held in China. He acted as a judge for ‘Tertiary Student Project’ and as a head judge for ‘Start-up Company’ categories.

PASHA (Pakistan Software Houses Association) was formed with a mind to promote and develop the fast growing software and services industry in Pakistan, and to provide them with national and international exposure and recognition.

The Asia Pacific ICT Awards (APICTA) is an international Awards Program initiated by the Multimedia Development Corporation of Malaysia to increase ICT awareness in the region. The APICTA 2006 Awards were held in Macau from the 2nd – 5th of November.

Alchemy is a boutique risk management firm with customers in Pakistan, Middle East and Thailand that has been growing at more than 100% a year, year on year for the last four years.
