During the exhibition Alchemy Associates will be exhibiting its flagship product Alchemy Risk Manager – a Basel II compliant Market, Credit and Operational Risk Management solution. Beyond Basel II requirements the solution also includes a treasury and risk adjusted return calculator, a derivative pricing engine, an interest rate simulation model, a Value at Risk estimator for traditional (Equity, FX and Money market) and derivative products as well as a portfolio benchmarking and back testing tool kit.

Alchemy target customer base includes financial services institutions including banks, insurance companies and pension and investment management funds. Services provided include Basel II consulting, Enterprise Risk Management, Risk based product development, Structured products pricing and validation models, Actuarial valuations, Reserve estimations and training solutions.

Alchemy will be represented by its Chief Executive, Jawwad Farid and Director Projects, Uzma Salahuddin. Jawwad is a Fellow Society of Actuaries, an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Computer Science graduate with more than 13 years of cross functional and international consulting experience in technology, insurance, new ventures and banking. Uzma Salahuddin is a senior project management professional with six years of project management experience and a Masters from London Guildhall University responsible for continuing development, quality assurance and implementation of Alchemy Risk Manager Product line.
